Step 1: Register the Claim
Visit the official website of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance click on the tab ‘Claim’, then select motor and click on the ‘Register Online’ tab. Enter your policy number and then proceed. Thoroughly check your policy details and mention the claim details.
Step 2: Upload the Supporting Documents
After you have registered the claim, you must upload and submit the supporting documents which are required for inspection. On the Website, you can easily upload the documents needed for claim assessment. To upload and submit your documents, enter your insurance number and claim number.

Step 4: Claim Settlement
The insurance company will pay the repair expenses at the cashless garage. You just need to pay compulsory deductibles and voluntary deductibles (if any) to the insurer and take your bike home!

With every Bajaj Allianz own-damage policy purchased for a two-wheeler, the policyholder gets Eligible for a No Claim Bonus for each year without a claim. This reward is given by insurance companies as a mark of good driving and is cumulative.In the fifth consecutive year, the reward goes up to 50%. To keep this reward intact it is advised that customers refrain from filing a claim for their two-wheelers unless the damage caused due to the mishap is significant. This is because even a minor claim disables the accumulated NCB.
Furthermore, to keep the No Claim Bonus in two-wheeler insurance intact it is also crucial to renew the policy on time. If the policyholder is unable to renew on time the NCB becomes invalid. To avert such losses insurance companies provide their customers with a 90 day grace period from the date of expiry. But any delays after this period leads to the direct cancellation of the two-wheeler insurance and the NCB with it.Furthermore, the No Claim Bonus can be transferred. The NCB remains intact whether the policyholder changes to a different insurance provider at renewal or sells their two-wheeler to buy a new one.
